Hero MotoCorp Expands Presence in Gulf Market with New Dealership in Dubai

Hero MotoCorp has strengthened its presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by inaugurating a new exclusive concession in Dubai. The new state-of-the-art dealership spans 625 square feet, offers sales, service and parts, and also showcases the entire Hero MotoCorp line of motorcycles and scooters. The workshop has two service bays providing first-class after-sales service experience and spare parts to customers. With the new Dubai dealership, Hero MotoCorp now has 10 customer contact points in 5 countries in the Gulf market.

Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Bhan, Head of Global Affairs at Hero MotoCorp, said: “The Gulf region is a strategically important part of our aggressive global expansion plans. Our aim is to bring world-class products and services to customers here and to excite the market. We focus on providing full after-sales service to our customers and continue to expand in this market.

Sanjay Bhan, Head, Global Business, Hero MotoCorp hands over a new motorcycle to a customer at the opening of the new dealership in Dubai.

At the unveiling, 100 Hero MotoCorp motorcycles were also donated to SS Delivery Services LLC, the preferred partner of leading food delivery aggregators in the region. Hero MotoCorp started operations in the region in 2018, in association with Afriventures FZE, the company’s exclusive distributor in the Middle East market. The company aims to further expand its operations in the Gulf countries.

Hero MotoCorp serves its customers in this region through a rapidly growing network of more than 10 points of contact, including six dealers and service centers and four spare parts outlets in five countries in the region, including the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Hero MotoCorp’s full product line in the region includes entry-level to high-end motorcycles, including the Hero Ignitor 125, Hero Hunk 150, ECO 150 cargo and ECO 150. The company is also planning to launch its other globally successful products such as the Xpulse 200, Hunk 160R motorcycles and a range of scooters here in the near future.
