Competitive eater explained how he lost 45kg in 15 weeks
Competitive eater Randy Santel has lost over 45kg in the past four months, a process he calls “Sexification 2021”. In a new video on his YouTube channel, Santel explains how he kept “consistency and momentum” in his lifestyle and diet in order to get the results he wanted.
